Terms of Service

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Orders are accepted subject to a deposit of 50% on confirmation, with the balance due on completion of fitting. All made-to-measure products are manufactured to the measurements supplied or taken by Homestyle Blinds and Shutters Ltd and, due to their bespoke nature, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Lead times are estimates and may vary by manufacturer. We will keep you informed of progress throughout your order. All products carry the manufacturer's warranty in addition to our standard fitting guarantee.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. The personal information you provide via our enquiry forms, by phone or in our showroom is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations, deliver your order and provide aftercare. We will never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information collected may include your name, address, postcode, phone number, email address and details of the products you've enquired about. Records are kept for the duration required to fulfil our service and to meet UK accounting and consumer law obligations.
