Do you fit blinds and shutters in splay and box bays?

Yes — both are part of standard bay configurations. Splay bays usually need 3 or 5 panels joined at the angle; square/box bays use 4 panels with corner posts. We measure each on-site before quoting.

Can you match a paint colour I already have in the room?

Yes — RAL-matched and Farrow & Ball-matched finishes are available on our painted hardwood shutter ranges at no upcharge.

Can I see the fabrics or shutter samples before deciding?

Yes. We bring a full sample case to the home visit so you see the materials in your actual lighting, not a showroom.

Faux wood or real wood — which should I choose?

If the room sees steam or moisture (kitchen, bathroom, utility) always go faux. For dry rooms where the look matters most, real wood gives a richer finish.
